Very helpful and friendly staff.
Very difficult to find from instructions given. A more detailed map would have been useful. Our confirmation showed we had booked a standard room on the first floor but there were only superior rooms on this floor but this wasn't a problem as we were upgraded so that we could be on the first floor!
