"For the price and rating as a four star I expected much more. What I got was the same level of service expected of a large chain discount motel(think motel 6) . I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you want a resort go someplace better suited and set up as a resort. This hotel was definetely not as advertised and a waste of my time and money. We left the hotel earlier than what was booked and moved to a better one after only the first day being there. The food was tatsteless and we even found hair in it on more than one occassion. The "resort" was situated a little ways from the town of Sozopol and over 500 meters from the beach. They told us there was handicap accessability in one of the rooms, that we did not get. Our rooms were messed up for the first night, we rented a two bedroom apartment and got two studios. Unless you plan to stay in your room all day do not stay here. There is no room service, bellboy service, or towel service. We had to call three to four times to ask for extra blankets so that one of our children could sleep on the couch after we were told that it would accomodate 3 beds, and then we were given extra sheets only and no blanket. The hotel only had a few guests but we were constantly given excuses about a full hotel. There are no activities, beach access and only one small pool. This is not a resort. I would Highly recommend that you do not book here and that you stay in another Real Resort. " (108841300)
This hotel was not at all as advertised. Privacy was not a concern or issue in their rooms. The food at the solo restaurant was tasteless and inadequate. The service was poor at best.
