"Our experience, meaning my husband and I was OK; but the hassle for our friends really made it unpleasant and uneasy. We had planned this weekend for many months and then to put up with the other unpleasantness was not a great experience. IF the minor hassles listed below had not happened our stay would have been better. I have travelled all over the world and have NEVER encountered this kind of hassle on any other trip. " (108431675)
The staff was very pleasant. Food in restaurant was good.
The rekeyed room keys did not work, was insult to our friends to have to have security open up their rooms. Our 1 friend was in really dire need of a washroom and he had to go up and down twice in elevator to get his own room opened. There were no cups for coffee 1 morning, another there was no coffee or creamer for them.
