  "Ok, not the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but really would'nt stay again unless there was little other choice." (107669478)

  Clean, very very centrally located hotel. Lovely communal areas. Decently sized rooms.

  Poor communication from staff who were constantly talking to others whilst dealing with us. Not very helpful. I was woken by a 4am phone call and accused of having an extra person in our room!! Not appreciated at all. In addition several people must have mistaken our room for another as I was woken several other times early in the morning.Lots of OAPs who were spanish. Not very welcoming!! Took ages to open our door with card entry system, did'nt work properly. Hotel needs a bit of TLC in rooms and we must have been given the only room in the hotel without a balcony.

  "We booked 5 rooms for our party of 18 on line for an overnight stay whilst visiting Benidorm. The rooms were large and airconditioned, each with 2 double beds and a cot. The beds were quite comfortable, with clean linens & towels. Did not like the relatively small & stuffy lifts, and these lifts seemed to travel at a slow pace. There was not enough car parking available at the hotel - we had to use the public car park about 10 mins from the hotel - but this wasn't a major problem as the lifts, also there was plenty of space in front of the hotel to drop/pick up our luggages. If they continue to offer discounts we'd definately use this hotel again." (107231008)

  slow lift, room door scrape floor thus making it difficult to open swiftly, no car parking available at hotel.

  "Great hotel, in a really good location close to everything, but not as good as it was a couple of years ago. Food choice is poor, but overall food quality is good. Rooms are pleasant, but could do with a bit of TLC" (107628351)

  Good Quality Food, Nice Pool, Clean & impressive receptiona area, Pleasant rooms

  Lack of food choice for evening meal, Broken ceiling and loo flush in room.
