"This was a second chance for Premier Inn as had a previous stay in a different Premier Inn hotel which was infested with flies, needless to say I'll book elsewhere next time." (108903511)

Night reception was asleep when we arrived - took 20mins to get in and then another 20 to sort out room. I booked a family room for 4 but this turned out to be a double room with no where for the kids to sleep. Then found out could not get an adjoining room so was given another room which meant we were split up. The next day found out there were pull out beds but no room to put them without stepping on someone and there was no bedding for them even if we wanted to use them. Paid for another room in the end and cut our stay short.
