The Grant Arms Hotel, Rossendale recensioni"Whilst the room we were in was clean and well presented, it was extremely small. The radiators did not work and the water in the shower was lukewarm for the two nights we wre there. On three occasions we telephoned reception with no answer at any time. On the first morning we were told eggs were not available at breakfast, however, this was rectified the morning after. " (108716187)

Nicely decorated, clean room. Tea making facilities appreciated. The Grant Arms is very well situated in the lovely area of Ramsbottom.
Water for shower and washing could be hotter.

Room recently renovated ; therefore carpet and decoration clean and bright. Bed linen and duvet/bed cover also good.
Lighting in bedroom controlled from a single master switch. Independent switching would better especially because the lights were too strong. Bathroom clean but toilet did not flush properly and urgently needs attention to get functioning correctly. Dining facilities were closed (unexpectedly from our view) and this should have been made mention of when booking was made.
