  "A glorious base camp for Chateux exploration in the Loire region for a few days and the hotels associated facilities. However, the expense of the gatronique' experience is not truly sustainable for more than a couple of nights & is at odds within the context of its child friendly claims - given the individual prices within menu enfants. Extensive breakfast option could be a meal for the day, given price! Tours, less than a laf hour drive away, provides extensive exploration opportunitues and eating options for the family. Pool facilities are potentially exceptional , but can be let down by lack of enough staff/ towels to meet demands & access to drinks was unavailable from 4 pm, during late July heatwave - purchase of cheaper altenatives is always available from local SuperU - walking distance- with prepaation !"   "Ustedes tienen personal muy honesto, olvide en mi mesa de noche $1200.00 US Dlls. en billetes de $100.00 c/u y los encontre intactos. Gracias y Felicidades a recamarera" (3304644702)

  El hotel, bar, salon comedor, desayunos, cenas, atencion a clientes todo en general, es uno de los mejores en que he estado. EXCELENTEU

  "Due to the not so warm weather we unfortunately had no opportunity to make use of the facilities such as the beautiful swimming pool and the gardens. Bicycles are available for those who would like to explore the surroundings. We loved our room. Unfortunately we found the breakfast to be too expensive for EURO 21.-- so we skipped that but did take the opportunity to have dinner in the restaurant once which was just delicious." (3304699127)

  We had this wonderful spacious medieval room in the tower overlooking the terrasse. It was very special.

  While we had dinner in the restaurant we ordered the most expensive Menu which was excellent. Next to our table there had been a family with 2 children who sat in baby high chairs. They didn't disturb us at all but what did disturb me was the fact although the family left the table early due to the young kids, the staff left the mess of the table another 2 hours until we were finished. It was not a pleasant sight for such a high standard restaurant and I got the feeling of spending too much money to look at the mess. But other than that the food was very good.
