Friendly and very homely.Excellent choice of dinner and good breakfast.Good parking.
Room very cold on arrival at 1600hrs.All radiators were turned off.it took approx. two hours for the room to reach comfortable temperature.

I also had to balance the beside light & clock on the radiator in order to have a clock and light!! We wont talk about the thunderstorm and powercut and the kitchens flooding! (This wasnt the hotels fault - more of an act of God!)" (99945612)

The shower in our bedroom did not work. We reported this to the staff.

Not alot really.
The room was very small, smaller than I expected it would be. Breakfast served from 7.30am, hwhich was to late for me, they did leave out a very basic breakfast which I felt was a poor substitute to a full breakfast.

It was very quiet and the lounge bar doubled as a restaurant which had no atmosphere whatsoever
