The detail in the bathroom and bedroom made the room very inviting, for example, the hand soap and shower gel. Breakfast was tasty and the tea and coffee were served in pots with offers of top-ups. Spacious and well presented room
Local traffic and inconsiderate guests who try to gain entry to your room at 3 o'clock in the morning, obviously worse the wear for drink.

Friendly and welcoming, very helpful nothing too much trouble.We enjoyed a great full english breakfast and the accomodation was very good, clean and tidy and a great comfortable bed.

Rosscourt Hotel - Guest House, Bournemouth recensioni"The hotel was only a couple of minutes'walk away from our son's flat in Sea Road. We were the only guests there over Christmas and were treated like members of the family by the couple running the hotel. A christmas card addressed to us and small presents were awaiting us on the breakfast table and we were treated to bucks fizz just like the owners' family were. It was a wonderful experience and we felt privileged to be there. The personal touch as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of Debbie and Peter made all the difference to our stay." (2842957)

Staff very welcoming and anxious to please. Accommodation clean and well maintained. Full English breakfast was perfectly cooked and presented. Hotel is only a five-minute walk from the main shopping area.
A softer mattress would have been appreciated.

Auf der Homepage lässt sich bei Angaben zu Gast/Zimmer die Kinderzahl und Alter nicht eintragen. War auch nicht auf der Bestätigung. Es stand nur Zimmertyp: family3. Es hat aber trotzdem geklappt, wir hatten das zusätzliche Bett für unser Kind." (2135905)

The bus stop was just around the corner, giving opportunity of visiting other places.Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and did everything to ensure your stay there was a good one. Rosscourt Hotel - Guest House, Bournemouth recensioni"Our entire stay at this hotel was just lovely. We were made to feel so welcome, it was like coming home. Nothing was too much trouble and a fresh pot of tea was brought to our room for us (with biscuits!) even though the room had its own tea and coffee making facilities. When it was known that my stay was for business purposes, the owner went out of her way to ensure that I knew how to get where I was going and also to make sure that I had enough time for breakfast before I left. We were addressed by our first names, which was nice. At breakfast, it was clear that the owner made a point of getting to know her guests, which is really lovely. I couldn't have wished for better." The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and comfortable, breakfast was fantastic!
It's difficult to say how they could improve, there was some traffic noise which I found distracting at times, but that is not something within the control of the hotel.

The welcome was very warm and the Paynes are very kind and nice. We had a very pleasant stay, good food, a clean and nice room, we got very good hints for our day plannings and to sum up the Paynes do an outstanding performance in the guesthouse.
