the breakfast was very good and staff were polite
value for money was poor, cleanliness of room, problems with sink drainage and smell coming from sink, very noisy room, lighting was very bad in room.

The location was ideal for visiting London or elsewhere being a 2 minute walk away from the mainline station. The car parking facility was ideal with barrier control. The room was very clean and the facilities were excellent. It was the best value for money of all the web sites I visited to make the booking. The staff couldn't have been more helpful or accommodating." (108180047)
The hotel made provision for sandwiches in lieu of breakfast as I needed to check out before breakfast start time - this was undertaken by the night porter who was most helpful. The late snack I had was delicious and beautifully presented.
I asked for a wake up call at 5.15am (on the check-in form) but I don't believe that this was made (I was already up and about from 5.00am but may have been out of the room). Perhaps I should have arranged this by telephone with reception separately.

On the whole a very good experience
We found the lighting system in the bedroom a bit confusing and it would have been veryuseful to have had an explanation of how it worked.

More than adequate.
Stay spoilt by being awakened by other, obviously drunken, guests F-ing and blinding starting at 3.45 in the morning and continuing for about 45mins. running up and down the corridors and slamming doors. Do you have night security?

very well equiped large comfortable room - near to railway station and town centre.
breakfast a little overpriced - an english breakfast was available in the town at half the cost - i would like to see none slip mats in the shower cubicles the surface is very slippy.

Service and attention in the restaurant in the evening when I had dinner was excellent, the girls were very cheerful and attentive (you really can tell the difference between a genuine smile and a professional smile)and left me feeling that nothing would be too much trouble for them. Full marks to them.

The food in the restaurant was excellent. However, EVERYTHING appart from that was awful!!!!! The atmosphere was stark, no background music made it even starker, the wait for food was extremely long, and the waitress was very young and very inexperienced.

well presented rooms, very clean and modern, all the mod cons and comfortable bed.
shower was very weak, had to use keycard in the vending machine instead of money not very helpful

2 people staying in the room, Only supplied one big towel. not suffice for 2 grown addults. On checking in, No details on how to find the room were provided nor were we warned of the car park fee charges. After out late night out we did not know how to get back into the hotel. Again this is not explained to us.

Clean and tidy
Bed was not the most comfortable! The pilows were too big!! Also the door frame let in too much light from the corridor.

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good
Booked newspaper but did't receive it on either morning, but was charged for them. Service on bar was poor, got sick of waiting for someone to come and serve drinks. Vending machine broken, got in late Saturday night, couldn't get served at bar, couldn't get anything to eat out of vending machine

I was very clean and up to date. The convenience to the trainstation was an important issue for me.

is was close to main station
it was still under refubishment as thought it was completed foubd it disappointing. alo only one set of towels between two people which didn't discover until had shower in morning

The cleanliness, the breakfast was excellent and the staff were proffesional and friendly.
They were refurbing the hotel, when we arrived,there was no electricty, but this did return later that day, but there was no TV.

It improved a lot and we changed from quality harrow because there was no quality.
I required 4 rooms however the fourth person was on the second page of the form and he had initialy no accommodation. It was solved in 20 minutes.

Clean, nice new clean bathroom, good breakfast.
Room quite small, rowdy crowd in hotel bar, vending machine in reception broken and no alternative offered, no shops nearby to buy things.

it was very clean, well laid out, very comfortable well sted for our visit to Watford we decided to walk to the underground (on the advice of a member of staff) as it was a nice day a very pleasant 10 minute stroll through the park. The service was second to none very professional.
there really was nothing to dislike, top floor, main road. We took the lift and closed the window
