The air conditioning in the bathroom couldn't be turned off (mind you with the smell that was probably a good thing!)rendering it freezing - this in turn made the bedroom cold if the door was left ajar. The bedroom itself only has 3 pillows for 4 beds we arrived at 4pm but were unable to obtain a pillow until 8pm - it then came without a pillow case and we couldn't get one until the next day!The bedroom was heated by one small electric heater and was very cold despite being on maximum the whole stay.For the price I would stay here again but would come prepared for a camping trip!!!" Entrtein de la chambre (il manquait un rideau arraché). ladouche était défectueuse (obligation d'avoir le plein régime pour que le système de douche fonctionne)

TRES BON ACUEUIL, PERSONNEL TRES AGREABLE. CHAMBRE TRES PROPRE.
PARKING INEXISTANT ( 6 PLACES POUR LA TOTALITE DE L'HOTEL EST PLUS QU'INSUFFISANT. LES PLACES RESERVEES POUR L'HOTEL SONT UN PEU DIFFICILES D'ACCES. DE PLUS LES LITS ETAIENT TRES BIEN FAIT LE JOUR DE L'ARRIVEE MAIS DURANT LE SEJOUR, LA REFECTION ETAIENT UN PEU LIMITE (DRAPS NON TIRES,.....) LE POMEAU DE DOUCHE ETAIT CASSE A L'ARRIVEE, JE L'AI SIGNALE LE JOUR MEME MAIS IL N'A PAS ETE REPARE DE TOUT LE SEJOUR.

arivée à 21 h la 2e chambre de nos enfants lits et salle de bain pas faits. petits déjeunés nuls plus de pains,croissants,fruits et attente.

the reception were friendly with out being pushy compared to other hotels I have stayed.

Le Richemont, Meaux recensioni"We (2 adults, 2 15 year olds) used this hotel as a base for a visit to Disneyland which was about 15 minutes away by car. Also close to Cite Europe shopping and restaurants. Town of Meaux very pleasant, and hotel recommended a good restaurant. Parking at hotel also useful. Hotel staff were very friendly and made us welcome." (99731165)
