The place on the river Havel is beautiful. The hotel is very comfortable. We had a really nice stay there. The Charlottenhof Bahnhof nearby makes it very easy to travel by train to Berlin.

"OK, but not great" (108549940)
The hotel is close to Sansoucci Park, which was the main reason for booking it. Parking was extra but we were able to leave the car there all day even after checking out, which was an added bonus.
The neighbourhood is pretty scary at night, particularly the train station, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Most of the staff were great, but one of the night staff when asked a question in English just shrugged, mumbled something under her breath and walked away. The breakfast was 14.50 per person, way too expensive so we opted for breakfast in the Dutch quarter.
