  "Staff were pleasant enough, but will never stay here again!" (107107757)

  The weather was good!

  Our hotel room was NEVER seerviced. We couldnt get a safe deposit key until the second day. It was meant to be a triple room for three grown men - you couldnt fit three grown labradors in it...honestly.

  "Overall the hotel was adequate - the rooms were clean and tidy, along with the balcony. Good selection of food served for breakfast but if you wanted the cooked breakfast selection, you'd be disappointed as all the food was cold! Even the chef didn't require any oven gloves to handle the hot food trays when replenishing stocks. The location was perfect to be in both Palma Nova and Magalluf but didn't realise how noisy it would be until 6am every morning. Maybe if the patio door closed more securely we wouldn't have heard the noise so much. But overall we had a pleasant stay." (97820526)

  Rooms quite small and local to the hotel, the bars and clubs were very noisy until 6am

  "Overall, really enjoyed the stay, although being honest, it's mainly a place to sleep and not use all the facilities. Never eat in the hotels, so can't comment on the food." (97661815)

  The hotel was situated right behind the start of the bars and clubs, but far enough away from the bars that it wasn't noisy. It was a great location to go out at night, and getting home after a few too many beers. Staff friendly, hotel was clean, the room was not huge, but adequate for my stay and good value for money.

  The swimming pool area wasn't large enough for all the guests, could never get a seat or bed, but this may be due to us not getting down until about midday - wasn't the end of the world as it was only 5 min walk to the beach.

  "The hotel is fine and in a good location for Magaluf and Torrenova. I was lucky in the fact that I had a quiet night however due to the location I can see that it could be rather noisy in the height of summer. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The breakfast was excellent." (97065918)

  The location was very central in the resort

  No car parking facility for guests. Their were five car parking spots outside the hotel of which none of them were used during my stay. I could have parked my car their however was told that this was not possible.

  "This Hotel is differently not a 3 star. Very basic, you get what you pay for. This hotel is right on the magaluf bar strip so full of young, loud (especially at 3 in morning when they scream into the hotel) holiday makers. Breakfast was good, good selection." (99929079)

  Was cold in bed first night, asked for blanket and they said no house keeping was closed!
