hotel clean, good comfortable bed, bathroom spotless
since we arrived very late in the night, around 4h00, the hotel were aware and were to allow us to stay a little longer in our room, until around 13h00. However from 09h00 it was impossible to get any sleep because of works being done very closeby our room - drilling, sawing, banging, general construction sounds. We tried calling reception to tell them and hopefully get it stopped but was unsuccessful. In fact at one point a woman on the phone told us that there was no work being carried out that day, therefore there was no noise. This was a blatant lie. So this ruined what could have been a very pleasant stay in the hotel.

Un personnel chaleureux et accueillant, bien qu'ils soient plusieurs, rien de négatifs à leur égard. Des lits confortables et une chambre très reposante. Double isolation des fenêtres, on sent le souci du confort.
Un petit parking, mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

- tarif promotionnel - situations géographique pour moi (rdv à Sassenage) - possibilité d'arriver à toute heure - déco du hall, de la réception et de la salle pour les petits déjeuners
- salle de bain pas très propre (nombreux cheveux présents dans la baignoire et le lavabo à mon arrivée) - déco des couloirs, de la chambre et de la salle-de-bain vieillote

Efficient,clean,and comfortable. The 50% discount on weekend bookings is excellent value for money.
Some people might find the distance from the town centre (3km) inconvenient, but there are frequent buses,and,without luggage, it is a pleasant walk.

Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff.
Some traffic noise from the main road, and the hotel is about 2km from the city centre. However, there is a frequent bus service and taxis are easily available . Without luggage the city centre is a 15-20 minute walk.

Clean and quiet
Understaffed and pressure on staff led to not getting into room until 6 p.m.
