The staff on Reception were very good and helpful
The room I was in was in sore need of a makeover - particularly paint. The curtain was not fully operational.

the room was very small, obviously hotel need some updating, we had to take taxi to the airport, which costs 20 Euros each way, so even though it was cheep it was not good. the light in the bathroom didnt work the beds were tiny and far too small

niveau prix/qualité ok salle de bains ok
Préparation de la chambre: elle n'était pas nettoyée et les draps et les serviettes non changés. J'ai du demander une autre chambre qui n'avait pas de grand lit ou bien j'aurais du accepter une chambre fumeur (j'avais précisé dans ma réservation grand lit et non fumeur). La couverture était brulée et décolorée en plusieurs points.

Price, Friendly Staff, Efficient Staff, Close to the Airport and City Centre Geneva, Adequate Space, Quiet.
Staff were able to open the door when I thought it was locked. This woke me. The bus service is a major commuter route, so early mornings and late afternoons they are 'standing room only'.

clean,comfortable and quiet.
It was not possible to pay in cash(50 euro note!)as the receptionist didn't have change.The money had to be deducted from my card number given in the booking(I would have preferred to pay there and then) There was no information at the reception concerning taxis.I had ordered one for 5.30 am ,when reception was closed,to get to the airport.Had there been any problem,I would have had no way of calling the taxi company.This was a bit worrying.It would be a good idea to have taxi numbers on display.

le personnel était comme il faut,serrieux,aimable et serviable. la chambre petite, mais tout le confort y était,en bon etat de marche et propre,douche,lavabo,wc,téléphone,télévision,éclérage,chauffage

L'accueil et la propreté des chambres. Le personnel est courtois et donne un service de qualité.
La chambre initiale avec deux petits lits. Heureusement que le changement de chambre s'est fait sans problème par le service accueil. Les odeurs de cigarettes dans les couloirs.
