The room was well planned and the bedding was comfortable,the bathroom was also well planned and all facilities in good working order, great value for money.
The windows hardly open and the got very stuffy, how aout air conditioning? Too much road noise.

clean, convenient, friendly, good self-service breakfast on premises
noisy (next to M6), hot (no air-con and couldn't leave windows open at night because of traffic noise), room was twin although I had asked for a double when booking.

Although it didn't affect us much the dining area could of done with more dishes/cutlery as people were hanging about waiting on staff to bring more out of kitchen.(although it was very busy)

Very good breakfast. room a nice size for a budget hotel.
reservation correct for 2 nights. hotel records for just 1. not told of fire alarm test, had to phone reception. Very bad point often no decaf, coffee available. As this is often on doctors orders. IT SHOULD NOW BE STANDARD IN HOTELS. WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, they were all very professional, made me feel very at ease.
staff were very busy dealing with a fire alarm and flood, but remained proffessional and helpful at all times, they are worthy of very high praise.

good clean room.
on web site stated that we could have a travel/cot bed for my young son of 19months,once paid for room was told that there is a fire risk issue. so cot bed not allowed meaning son had to share with my 3 and 5 yr olds in one bed, this dident work so dident get full nights sleep.

hairdryer didnt work, pub over the road has rubbish food!! but a good beer. staff told us there was no restaurant at the hotel, fair enough but there is 2 in the carpark!!

Very efficient check-in/out. Staff (especially Sharon) very informative, polite and helpful. Room was very well appointed, fully functioning and comfortable.
Breakfast period quite manic, but more than satisfactory if timing is good!!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds.
My only criticism is that the breakfast area was not overly big, and we had difficulty in finding a place to sit.

The continental breakfast was self service (a good point in my view) and plentiful.
The breakfast grapefruit looked excellent but not good for people taking some kinds of medication. A choice of breakfast fruit would have been nice.

Good first impression. Welcoming reception. Room clean and bright. More than adequate breakfast. Good dining facilities nearby.
Very noisy fan in the bathroom...... after a quick night time visit, it seemed to go on and on. Perhaps the staff could have cleaned the tables in the breakfast room a little quicker.
