Pleasant surroundings; light and spotless basic rooms; friendly and helpful staff; good Continental breakfast; dining room ambience; quiet; WiFi; proximity to Colmar.
Reception closes from 12:00-16:30. Very large parties may be booked for the weekend resulting in excessive noise and long waiting times for dinner. We were in a renovated room and told a solution for the absence of a shower curtain would be resolved within the week. Wash basins too high resulting in wet feet.

Staff are superb and made the stay enjoyable
Beds are uncomfortable but for how reasonable the price of the hotel is I am in no position to complain!

Accueil, calme lié à l'emplacement de l'hotel, bons petits déjeuners
la salle de bains : prévoir un rideau de protection ou pare-douche ainsi qu'une poire de douche sur support, en hauteur, dans le cas d'une baignoire, et d'un porte serviettes ou portes manteaux pour suspendre draps de bains ou vêtements.

The bedroom was clean and quiet
There was no coffee facilities for an early morning cup.
