  "All in all a ok place for seeing rome. Would only recommend it for people who need a place to sleep - period." (3305164099)

  Good location for seeing Rome and the Vatican. (5-10min by local bus 98 or 881 directly to the Vatican) Had a large room with separate bedroom, living room and bathroom and with two roof terasses.

  Room was worn and had carpets full of dust. The very old aircondition made alot of noise.. Poor service from the reception, they usually sent us to the nearby hotel (crown plaza) for basic things like internet coupons (they had run out of them - i asked for them three days), bus tickets, stamps and so on...

  "really nice hotel. not right in the middle of rome, which means you can sleep easy at night, but close enough with bus or metro. lovely staff, gorgeous breakfast. ask for city plans at the reception desk, they're free and you will need one. the staff is very nice and they can speak many languages. enjoy your stay!"   the room in itself was ok, and breakfast always nice and refilled in time. and people at the reception could speak english and french; nice one!

  as for us, the tv barely worked, the shower door was falling apart, the curtain of a window kinda broke up, and it is a shame the big shower towels get changed only every second day. but we were not here to watch tv, no big deal if the water spreads on the bathroom floor, and someone really nice did come up and fix the curtain as soon as we asked for it. the only thing that did bother us was the towel. as the maids come everyday in the rooms, it'd be great if they could change that as well.
