  "Pleasant stay, but frustated by the failure of the swipe cards to open the room doors, not helped by the excuse given that the batteries were worn out - if this is the case why were they not changed?" (107728079)

  Staff were polite. Good location in town. Food was good.

  Door locks not working properly. No secure parking. Breakfast plates to small, made the meal appear to be inadequate.

  "We wern't fully expecting the quality of the service we received - we would normally expect this quality of service in a 4* City Centre hotel. There was an excellent music night on Saturday night, which we really appreciated." (108071366)

  Quality of Staff, quality of food, atmosphere generated on the Saturday night.

  "Would like to know if the hotel offer pick up from airport? but as I booked on the internet did not deal directly with hotel so maybe they do offer this service. The hotel is very nicely decorated, clean and the food and service was excellent." (99025625)

  The accommodation was very clean, staff were excellent, I had a very relaxing stay and will probably stay again.

  There was some noise from the street outside the hotel, maybe triple glaze windows would be better.

  "The hotel was very pleasant with extremely helpful staff, which in my opinion is the most important thing when staying in a hotel (coupled with cleanliness, the hotel was spotless). The hotel is close to the Airport and 25 Euro taxi fare away." (99085275)

  Very helpful staff and great food.

  Noisy road as I was at the front of the building.

  "I liked everything about the Cill Aodain. It is such a friendly, small hotel, that is there at the end of your journey to welcome you 'home'. The staff are very friendly, if there is no one at reception you can go to the bar, now how Irish is that! The food is Exceptional, 5 star food in a 3 star hotel, I have travelled extensively and I can safely say I have never had such quality in a small hotel, with respect, in a small town in the West of Ireland. The decor is restful and well appointed, the rooms are clean, comfortable, light and airy. The ground floor is totally wheelchair accessable. You have everything you could want in the Cill Aodain, we will certainly be going back again and again and again....." (2642410)

  The accommodation was clean, fresh and bright. The bar/bistro area was plesant and relaxing, even when there is a lot of people there it is not noisy. The Gallery restaurant

  Possiably a bit more heat in the bathroom.

  "Water colour ! The hotel exceeded all expectations. I will now be using this on a regular basis for future business trips." (2807530)

  Location for business (CMS Peripherals). Very good food. Rooms very spacious and well appointed. Great value for money. Staff very pleasent.

  The colour of the tap water. I understand its a local problem.

  "Our reception on arrival was pleasant and we were made to feel welcome from the start. Our room was not ready for occupation but we were given an alternative room without any fuss or bother, this room was clean and well serviced throughout our stay. The first three nights we dined in the hotel (Thurs, Fri & Sat), first night in the bistro the food was excellent, the second night in the restaurant it was not as good but OK, unfortunatly the following night back in the bistro it was very disapointing. However, the service every night was good and the staff were friendly and efficient.We found this throughout our stay. From a room point of view, we found the temperature of the room was too hot and the cooking smells from the kitchen were a bit off putting at times.As we over looked a flatroof which had easy, unrestricted public access from the rear we were reluctant to leave windows open for ventilation.Dispite these minor reports, which are by no means to be taken as a complaint, we would not hesitate to use the hotel again should we revisit Kiltimagh.Our thanks to all the staff."   The hotel has been modernised, the rooms are well equipped and serviced daily.

  "Website displays incorrect mileage to Knock Airport, it is 13km not 63 as stated. It could put people off staying. Could give some local history of the town." (2026426)
