  close to town centre, good parking, clean

  no fruit with breakfast, orange juice not fresh, no choice of brown bread & when paying £90 per room would expect better

  "A nice friendly place to stay,clean and good value for money. Would go back." (108131321)

  The room was nice and clean, and breakfast was lovely. Great value for money. The hotel was nicely situated in the town.

  Only draw back was we were looking to sit in the hotel bar and play pool but it wasn't open. We ended up going down the road to another pub.

  very friendly family, heplful with general enquiries of resort. good english breakfast.

  bar/pool room smelt damp. did not like cats.

  "staff, helpful and kind .really patient and very kind and helpful .very good breakfast, the hotel was clean and comfortable ." (107340057)

  staff excellent . was patient and kind. went out of her way to help us and really valued her kindness. after all .we had 3 young children with us. will be back.

  "It was cheap but not a "home from home" experience with tatty shower rooms and toilets." (97274461)

  Were allowed to check in early and leave our car in the carpark once we had checked out.

  The 2 toilets and 2 shower rooms in our family suite were extremely dated and the shower room with the window could really have done with a blind at the window as it was over-looked and not obscured glass. There was a sign in the breakfast room saying that guests were limited to 2 rashers of bacon and 1 sausage which seemed a bit measley.

  "We were told to ring the hotel 20 minutes before arriving so that someone would be there to meet us.Rick was friendly and helpful amd made a great breakfast!The room was a small double which was adequate for an overnight stay,Fresh, clean bedding and a clean en-suite.When we checked out we could'nt find Rick so just left our key, about 20 minutes later we recieved a text from him apologising for this and asking if we had enjoyed our stay which we thought was a lovely touch.Would definatly go back and wil be recommending the Moorfield to freinds.   "The accomodation was really good. We got everything we were looking for. A room with en suite facilities which was both clean and presented well. The owners and staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. If we return in future i am sure this will be one of our first choices for accomodaton. Thanks" (97385142)

  Very clean,warm,comfortable room.

  Although the bedroom was adequate for a weekend stay it was very limited in space.

  The owner of the hotel was really friendly, i was walking round with my bags and checkin time wasn`t until 2 but they let me just leave my bags there. Would stay again.
