It was great pleasure to stay at Hotel Crystal- staff were very kind, helpful and always with a smile; location is great to various amenities, grocery stores and metro; room is warm and well appointed, pleasant, quiet place and offered great breakfast. Use of free internet is a big plus

For a 3 star hotel no complaints,very good, room was of a good standard.
Train noise, and room was backing onto a patio area which was quite noisy in the morning when guests were having breakfast. Not good when trying to have a lie in.

good service, good and delicious breakfast,nice and well equipped room with all facility and plenty space also well English speaking reception.In addition the hotel is convenient to all transportation.
the light is not enough at writing desk during night time and 1 bed lamp (Right) is out of order.

Hotel Cristall, Vienna recensioni"Excellent and friendly staff. As an apartment it was inadequate.The second bedroom is actually a sitting room with no privacy, and only one toilet. As a hotel I would definitely recommend it to my friends As for the apartment accomodation, it is suitable only for a couple with children and and not two couples." (99605433)
Nice and bright with garden sit out.
Single toilet for 4 persons. Though a kithen was attached, not even a saucepan was provided.

The staff was helpful at check-in with providing a map of Vienna, explaining when/where breakfast was provided, and asked to help with any questions that I might have. The hotel's location is less than a 2-mile walk to most any venue a person wishes to visit (Freud museum being one of the farthest away items, approximately 2 miles). Overall, a great stay!"
