ottima colazione ,personale gentile,pulizia dei locali non proprio perfetta..ma credo rientri nello standard londinese. buon rapporto prezzo qualità considerata la tariffa promozionale di 311 sterline per 4 persone e 5 notti.ci tornerei.

Staff are decent and problems were addressed as soon as they were brought to the attention of staff. Location good.
The room was terribly small, with no kettle when I arrived (although to be fair, no room for one). The television was cracked, the phone did not work nor did the bedside lamp. As I had opted for shared facilities it was a bit frustrating to have the bathroom and toilet up one and a half floors and across the building from where I was staying. Moreover, the first morning I was there, I tried to use the bathroom early morning only to find there was no hot water and a protest from the staff when I pointed this out. They later conceded that the hot water was turned off at night, and apparently, coming in first thing in the morning (6.30am) may have just missed the turn on time-- plus it would take time for the boiler to get going.

Booking on pure chance is always interesting and I tend to keep my expectaions low. The Leisure Inn felt really fresh, clean and welcoming. In this pricerange it is really good. It is also quite central only walking distance from Marble Arch and with 2-3 Underground lines a few blocks away.
A lot of doves in the backyard made it noisy to have the window open in mornings. One day there was som boxes in the emergency exit but it cleared out before night, at least.

Booking was made at Leisure inn in Bayswater as this was the location we wanted and the facilities in the photo semed nice. When we arrived we were told we were not staying there but were sent to a hotel of much lower standard and in a diferent area which was also owned by these people. Having just flown for 20 hours we were in no condition to look for an alternative.

The building looked good from the outside.
Room was the size of a closet. Little to no storage area in the room. 'Double' bed was very small. After waiting for 15 minutes, you MAY get tepid water in which to bathe. Dated, worn-out decor, furniture, linens and towels.

location was ideal for tube. 2 reception staff were very helpful. clean towels each day.
single rooms were dreadful so small and at mid point upstairs. very noisy tv and safe didn't work. no kettle for coffee making. shared bathroom shower facilities 2 floors up or down from my room. Dining room tiny when hotel fully booked, noisy steel chair legs on hard tiles, totally inadequate space and facility for picking up food or finding a seat. I stood one morning eating breakfast standing up. Dreadful experience.

The Hotell was overbooked when we got there so we got a flat instead. Witch we thought was going to be fantastic. The flat was a really nice one but it was not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere and my boyfriend has astma. We went out for dinner and came back to go to bed at about 00.00, but we couldn't get sleep before 05.00 because the other guests and neighbours was partying in their rooms and out shouting in the streets. We booked the hotel for Valentines day to have a romantic night (as my boyfriend came all the way from Finland to spend it with me) I can tell you that it was NOT romantic !!!

Bedlinen was spotless.
Room was minute. Just enough space for a double bed. Shower cubicle and sink at end of bed. Very basic accommodation, bearing in mind this was an upgrade. The single room I originally booked had shared facilities at the end of the corridor. No toilet in either room. However, it suited my purpose for one night for the price. I would not consider staying here for a longer period.

QUITE DIRTY. TINY ROOM AND TOILET. I THINK THAT WASN'T A DOUBLE ROOM. I COULD'N EVEN OPEN MY SUITCASE AND PUT MY CLOTHES OUT. TWIN ROOM NOT AVAILABLE EVEN THOUGH WE BOOKED IT, WAS CONFIRMED BY THEM A FEW DAYS BEFORE BY TELEPHONE AND WE WERE TOLD THEY WOULD PROVIDE US WITH A TWIN ROOM THE NEXT DAY. THEY DIDN'T HAVE A COMPLAINTS BOOK, AND IT'S COMPULSORY FOR THEM TO HAVE IT.

We had a quad room. It was very clean and I appreciated the daily service we received after coming back from a long day out and finding the beds made and the towels changed.
The nights we were there were very hot and there was no air conditioning. With four people in the room it made it very stuffy.

Arrived @ 11 and we were left check in this was very handy. Reception area was lovely very inviting. In a good location in London.
Carpets were lifting in some areas in the corridors,.Shower took at least ten minutes to heat up, Room was way too small 2 be a doubleroom if I had brought my baby no way would we ave fitted a cot in as well it would have been very tight, 1 of the windows wouldn't close properly & breakfast was very basic didn't have it the second morning.

Room was little more than a large cupboard, only one person could move at a time. Bathroom too small to house sink, showere head not fixed and cold water therefore sprayed all over toilet etc

I complained to the desk and was left with the impression that this was service as usual when everyone wanted a shower at the same time. No apology was offered. Breakfast was adequate.
The en suite facilities. The shower simply didn't function adequately. There was just a dribble of water. The washhand basin seemed to have a blocked exit.
