Ambiente familiare ottimo e cordiale.Anche durante la colazione è facile familiarizzare, se si vuole.
Nessun punto debole in relazione alle attese.La posizione è ottima: la stazione di KING'S Cross (railway and underground) è a due passi così come la fermata del bus.

Low cost & a very convenient location. Included wi-fi and breakfast are a nice bonuses. Helpful and polite staff.
Narrow and uneven stairs make it hard to get luggage up to 2nd floor. A sachet of shampoo along with the soap would be appreciated.

Efficient friendly staff and value for money
twin room :bed too near sink and tap spurting water when first turned on Stairs:too many and inadequate stair rails ! No remote for TV and only5 channels?

The underground is just around the corner. Comfortable room with large wardrobe, tea- and coffee-cooking facilities, TV. The room is cleaned and the towels are changed every day. Helpful staff. Possibility to leave your luggage at the reception when you check out.
Too small breakfast room. We stayed there in october so it wasn't too crowded but I can imagine that the queues are long there during peak season.

Very basic o.k. for a 1-2 night stay
when useing the shower the water sprayed under the shower curtin and ran around the toilet making it very slippy, dripping taps.

The hotel location is excellent as it is a two minute walk to the tube station. The breakfast service was excellent. The rooms were very clean. New towels were given every day.
Our room was a little bit small, but it was adequate for our needs.

Absolutely fantastic price for the location, literally across the road from St Pancras/Kings Cross, very friendly staff, nice breakfast and well-mannered, helpful staff.
Haunted - 2 Paranormal encounters in 2 visits by two different people.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was on very adequate
The room was very small and closterphobic, it had two single bedsin it and a small bathroom, it was sufficient fot two males but would not have been acceptable if a female was present, one of the single beds had a wooden latted base which came apart nearly every time you sat on the bed, We spent most of our stay fixing this problem.

Staff and reception staff were very helpful and cheerful.
Shower almost flooded the room because of a blocked drain outlet. A plug socket didn't work. Room was very small.

Location is excellent - near Kings Cross station and plenty of buses on Euston Road. Can leave cases in reception if leaving later in the day. Serving staff in breakfast room very pleasant.
Breakfast was not as good as in the past. Quality of the food seemed cheap, bread etc.

Fairway Hotel - B&B, London recensioni"We only booked a room to avoid travelling back home after a gig, so the room was used simply as a place to sleep. If we'd had to stay longer then we would have been uncomfortable." (107512868)
Hotel was located in a convenient place and the check-in was quick and easy.
Lots, I'm afraid. Room was very cold on arrival because the central heating didn't work. The electric heater was not plugged in and when done so it made the room temperature difficult to regulate. Bathroom had poor and noisy ventilation which led to a huge amount of steam filling the bedroom and leaking out into the lobby. Also, there was mold inside the bathroom door. Breakfast room was too small to accommodate demand so we had to queue for breakfast. Then, we were told that they had run out of bacon so we'd have to substitute an extra sausage in our "Full English". The breakfast then consisted of 2 small sausages, a fried egg and some beans. This, does not constitute "Full English" in my opinion - no hash brown, no tomato, no mushrooms, tiny and low quality sausages. I appreciate that London can be expensive but we felt that £72 (inc. credit card fee) was poor value for money.

It is convenient to move around in London and also very close to St. Pancras International Rail Station.
It would be better to have a little more space for the en suite triple room.

very friendly staff
the shower had no ventilation and a hole on the floor with stagnant water. One of the door lock was broken. The furnitures were in a poor state.

Owner & personnel = very pleasant. Hotel & room = very clean. Breakfast excellent. Proximity of Saint Pancras = very useful to leave one's bag.
None - simply because the bad points = very small wash basin, no lift, shower badly installed are all incumbent to the low prices. The check-in time at 2pm could put clients off when they see it on the website (I luckily got my room at 11.30am) & the check-out time marked 10.30am a bit early too

Great location for St. Pancras and King's Cross. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Old. Room was tiny. One single bed and very small bathroom. But at least it was ensuite. No elevator, but the staff helped me carry my suitcase up the stairs.

As we were travelling a lot to visit galleries in many parts of the city this was excellent for us. The staff were very friendly and offered good service throughout our stay. The room although small, was extremely clean and tidy, and the ensuite had all the things we needed. The hotel worked almost like apartments with our own key and 24hour access which was great,this allowed us the freedom to travel the city and make the most of our time there." (97191091)
The room had everything we needed and was extremely close to the station making our trip very easy as we were travelling a lot during our stay. The room's were kept clean and warm, and breakfast was included in the price although we did not have it due to a busy schedule.
The room was slightly small.

Tiny Room, 2ft gap betwen wall and double bed. En-suite cubicle was straight out of a cheap ferry. Breakfast not worth having, especially after having to queue up, as only 4 tables for 20+ rooms.

Although I was disappointed to find the refitting was still in progress as I had been led to believe the refitting had recentley been completed. The Breakfast room was very pleasant but woefully inadequate for the number of guests staying. Had to queue up the stairs to get a place for breakfast. The food was good.
