  good location and clean, helpfull and friendly staff.

  you can hear the elevator running, hallway noises and the people next door taking a shower. breakfast was also small disapointment.

  "Excellent" (107100131)

  Excellent location, in the city centre near the Puerta del Sol. Perfect for evening strolls and finding restaurants. Staff all very nice. Great to use the computer to check emails, etc.

  Noise because of construction next door.

  "I wouldnt recommend staying here if its for more than a couple of days as you will end up with cabin fever!! The room we had was extremely small. You couldnt get to the shower without having to step in the bathroom, close the door and then walk along to the shower. The bad points - our shower never had hot water in the mornings, we had some ants on the bathroom floor, the window opened into pipes - there was no natural light into our room. The good points - It was central, close to metro/buses and there is an airport service direct from the hotel." (99306109)

  It was in a good central location and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

  The room was far too small for two people.
