Personnel très aimable et rendant service. Proximité du centre de Londres absolument géniale.

Petit déjeuner pas assez copieux, ne propose pas le breakfasrst typiquement anglais. Les horaires du breakfast trop limitées, surtout si on doit partir avant 8h. Chambres trop étoites, pas assez de rangement. Aucune fenêtre sur l'extérieur.

Ogólnie/ Razem (depends on the context): Séjour inoubliable malgré l'étroitesse du logement et l'absence de vue de la chambre d'hôtel. On paie la situation de l'hôtel mais pas la prestation. Cependant accueil très chaleureux à l'arrivée (Farid).  (108810473)

Location of the hotel was excellent. We were able to get to Victoria Stn in minutes and there was restaurant/grocery in the immediate area. Access was secure and overall we felt the staff was very accomodating and fulfilled our requests.

Room did not have it's own toilet/shower. It was VERY difficult with young children. Room itself was very small. All five of us could not stand up at the same time in the room. Double bed mattress and frame were terrible. Ladder to the bunks was set up at the head end of the bed - hit my head every time I woke up! The room shown online in the virtual tour was not the same room we were housed in. Breakfast was very limited...could have been better without adding much additional cost.

Ogólnie/ Razem (depends on the context): Overall...we did not spend much time in the room...so we made it work. The breakfast needs to be improved. A little rearranging of the furniture and the room would be more efficient. For the price we paid, we felt it was a good value. If you are looking for luxury accomodations...this is definitely not the place.  (108527660)

Bright, clean, comfortable mattress, crisp sheets, friendly staff, access at any hour, will store luggage after checkout

Uncomfortable pillows (brought my own luckily), hand basin unit showed signs of wear.

Ogólnie/ Razem (depends on the context): Very Good. Hotel has a nice ambiance and wasn't smelly. We were at the back which wasn't noisy, even with the window open. Our room would probably have been little cramped for a longer stay, but perfectly adequate for overnighting or if one is out every day (a shower in one corner, a separately-doored cubby with the loo in the other, and a handbasin unit in the third corner & very small wardrobe in the other) Nevertheless, for the price there wasn't anything to complain about, and considerably better than some of the other similarly-priced hotels we have stayed at around Victoria. Very usefully situated for access to London--Victoria Station was only about 5 minutes walk away. South Bank & Trafalgar Square within easy walking distance.  (108401328)
