Netjes/schoon, goed personeel, perfect ontbijtbuffet
Lawaaierig, onacceptabel uitzicht kamer. Uitzicht op een soort binnenplaatsje van 3 bij 3 meter met een enorme pijp die voordurend etensluchtjes verspreid. Lelijk en "achterbuurt"-achtig. Ook aan dit binnenplaatsje grenst de woning van de buurvrouw die hysterisch is en de hele avond krijst. Dat gaat door merg en been. Dit was onacceptabel en afschuwelijk.Klachten waren bekend bij de receptie maar toch worden gasten hieraan blootgesteld. Dat is echt een afknapper.Na enkele malen deze klacht bij de receptie te hebben gemeld werden of konden deze niet worden opgelost. Uiteindelijk andere kamer gekregen maar was door dit gebeuren erg van slag.

The hotel was always clean and tidy and the rooms cleaned daiy. I suggest the floors in the bedroom need a good clean once a week. I knwo the staff are short on time and have a lot to do but I was there for 10 days and thought my bedroom floor should have been cleaned thoroughly at least once.
The room service food was not very good. One particular night (the last night I ordered food) I had cold hard chips that were obviously cooked in oil that was not boiling and the fish was undercooked and cold. The man who came to collect the tray argued with me that the food was fresh. He was quite rude. He then changed it for a small plate with something that was supposed to be an omelette (totally inedible). The reception lady was lovely and did not charge me for that night's food. I rarely complain about anything and at 61 years old I don't expect a very young arrogant man (who had not tasted the food) to stand and defy me arguing that it is fresh)
Resumo: I thought the hotel was good value. The breakfast and the staff were great. It's a pity they don't have a good menu in the evening or a decent cook for the room service food. (107956855)

Clean, reasonable sized room
Had to catch a lift to the 2nd floor then transfer to another lift to get to the 6th floor
Resumo: Very good location, very quiet, very good staff, great breakfast, rather hard bed!, kettle in the room but need to buy tea/coffee/milk from reception. Near a small supermarket. We had a small roof terrace that would be very good in the Summer. (99236838)
