The bed was very comfortable, shower with great water pressure. I really appreciated the little tea and sweets corner. Although the accommodation is located south of the Thames, access to public transport via bus is available almost right in front of the building while the tube stations are a short walk (10 minutes max.) away. I would definitely return when visiting London again. The pub below the accommodations is also a great place to spend an evening.

- London - Hyatt Regency London Albert Embankment provides accommodation in London near Houses of Parliament and Westminster Abbey. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 12nn. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Excellent hotel with excellent location located at the city center; main attractions like Big Ben and Buckingham Palace, supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. The morning breakfast service was lovely and had a selection of sweet and savoury foods to indulge in, as well as fresh fruits and juices. I would like to mention the ladies from POTUS Bar & Restaurant; Jenny, Anna, and Madalena who made our breakfast even more enjoyable. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody!

I had a problem with my room view so Natalie from guest services stepped in and upgraded my room to a suite so I can be happy, she really is a good representative because I complained to the receptionist and they requested that I paid more money for the upgrade, I initially wanted to check out but Natalie made me stay. kudos to her
