The hotel is located in the centre of Kitzbühel. It is close to the public bath "Aquarena" (indoor pool, sauna, moor mud bath) and only at few minutes on foot from the Hahnenkamm mountain railway. In the summer there are tennis courts and a golf club virtually next door, as well as several more in the surrounding area.

Kitzbühel Town -one of the most fascinating towns in the Alps. With its historical town centre, exciting shopping, and top quality hotels and restaurants, Kitzbühel is a real all-rounder with character and charm. The surrounding countryside with its magnificent mountains offers 1001 ways to enjoy an active holiday or simply relax in the mild climate of the region.

The Aquarena - open all year round and offers a variety of activities. It includes water slides, waterfall and sauna. The mud packs available here are sourced from the nearby Lake Schwarzsee. The pool and solarium are open between 10:00 and 21:00 in the winter and 9:00 and 20:00 in the summer. The other facilities, including the sauna and steam bath, are open from 13:00 to 21:00. The charge for entry is around EUR 8.70 for adults ad EUR 5.40 for children.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Rates are per room per night including continental breakfast and VAT (and local taxes) at the current rate. Full payment will be taken by the hotel using your selected payment within 24 hours of booking. Extra charges must be paid prior to departure from the Hotel.

Cancellations: please cancel your reservation online. If your reservation is cancelled in line within the hotel's cancellation policy payment will be refunded within 5 working days.

To amend your reservation please cancel and rebook. Cancellation charges apply. To extend your stay, simply make a new booking for the additional night(s).

Children under 12 stay free on the basis of one child per room sharing with two adult(s). Cots are available free of charge, subject to availability. Please enter requests for extra child beds and/or cots, noting the age of the child, in the comments box when booking.

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available on request (add in comments box when booking).

If you wish to travel with your pet please check in advance with the hotel.
