  - Clean, spacious room / bathroom - Fair price (probably because I booked a weekend-night in a city where bussiness-men are only renting rooms during the week) - Friendly staff - The room I rented had an old wooden floor, no carpet. This is probably personal preference, but this scores an extra point in my opinion.

  - You'll notice that this hotel-building is a bit older, but that didn't bother at all. - As I don't eat a lot in the morning I think 12 euro is a bit overpriced for breakfast.

  Nice rooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast. Although in a major city surprisingly quite. Good value for money and wouldnt hesitate to return.

  Very friendly staff who were most helpful with our enquiries. Location is very good for the tram and underground and close to good local shops. About 15 min walk into centre of Frankfurt. Also free internet.

  Had to request tea/coffee making facilities for our room. Does not come as standard but will provide if requested, free of charge.

  I was supprised to find out that the apparently 4 star (****) hotel only had a receptionist at 18:00 and that there were no other staff or services ie. No bar and no restaurant available....I´ve stayed in a range of hotels, both private and proffesionally and this hotel is simply a Bed & Breakfast. Please update ratings and remove the 4 stars !

  As a business traveler I recommended not this hotel.On the description of booking.com they write that they have wireless internet.It did not work, They have a house/garden and kitchen modem for the entire hotel. And the reception employee tells me that I am the first who complains about the bad internet, this is really bull shit.

  We are exhibitors at Heimtex. Therefore hotel was perfect for us, since we had to opportunity to walk to exhibition grounds. Altertnatively, u- bahn station is 5 minutes away and we could take it to arrive messe, and Hbf. Hotel, itself, was comfortable, clean, decent breakfast.Mario helped us very much about an early leave that one of our friends made. The lady at reception was the most helpful hotel receptonist I have seen in my life.

  Sole problem, there was no bar at the hotel, so we had to have our last drinks somewhere else.

  Clean, comfort. Hotel staff was very friendly as we were wondering where to eat he recommend us to a street which we had a traditional german dinner. Very best western style room, do not have the feel of budget hotel for the price you pay for.

  We stayed in a double room but it was two single bed put together. As it was a wood frame when they were put together there is a gap in between which dosent feels like a double bed at all. The gap was like 10cm apart.

  The room is spacious. They have free wi-fi in the hotel and they also have sauna and fitness equipment. The staffs are all helpful to us.

  The location is really far from the city center. If you have to travel back and forth to the city center this hotel is not a good choice because the tram ticket in Frankfurt is really expensive.

  Hotel price is good but area if u don't have car is not good.quet place there is no tomuch trafic.But for shops is far.In the reception there was one good person but one person wasn't frendly did't want help.

  Reception staff must be better, there was one person not kind at all ,but other person was kind.

  The cleanliness - the room we had, looked like new, it was so clean. Thank you, what a pleasure!

  Parking!!! The website states that parking is available, however, they do not mention that the hotel has only 11 parking spaces in total, and that finding a spot to park could thus be somewhat difficult! (6 behind the hotel, 5 out in front on the street.) I will surely mention this when I recommend the hotel. The hotel itself, however, is very recommendable!

  Room is clean and close to the old street and subway station

  Internet did not work in the room, the business corner in the loby didn't work either, the clerk who worked that night was very unpatiened for questions.

  The restaurant and bar was closed for the entire stay, don't know why. I would not have stayed if I knew this. Only open for the breakfast.

  Close to the Frankfurt Messe and also to the metro/tram network easily accessible from the road and easy to park (on the street).

  Due to the price I was expecting more from the breakfast, I had to ask the waiter more than twice to refill juices, omelet and to bring coffee. The wireless work fine in the lobby but hardly inside of the room.

  Location to underground rail link to city, and easy to find from motorway link

  Breakfast poor if arriving after 9.00am. Limited further food put out. No bar , or evening food facilities, but offered online.

  Nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Situated at walking distance to the metro station. Price was unbeatable at the period stayed.
