June 28, 2011The beds were quie comfortable, no noise in the rooms and very clean. You get access to the relax center which has sauna and jacuzzi. Free wifi.
It is a bit far from the train station, around 15 minutes walking.

May 11, 2011The location wasn't optimal - 20 minutes walk to the nearest train station. A bus stop is just outside the hotel but it only leaves once every hour in the evenig.

January 26, 2012I need a Silent room and hotel, because I need to sleep well in my business trips. Hotel was perfect to me. Bed was good and room was silent. Room's cleanness was also excellent and hotel was new and modern. Reception personnel was very friendly and professional. Hotels restaurant was OK and personnel very friendly. :-)

It is expensive (well the city is expensive) and far from the dowtown. The public transportation system is amazing so next time I will stay in the downtown.

December 8, 2011Good, large and comfortable room. Elegant design, good lighting. Nice bed. Excellent breakfast (except for the weak coffee).
Not great for public transport. No metro. There is a bus stop outside and a train 1km away. Restaurant can be busy and slow; menu is Danish/American - didn't inspire me and the prices are high.

The first impression about the position was bad; after one day I realized the bus 4a pass each 10 minutes just in front of the hotel ( till 0.40 in the night)and in less then 10 minutes you are in bella center tubestation ; moreover ther is a boat-bus just 5/7 minute walking from the hotel where drop you in nyhavn passing throw the canal in 15/20 minutes. So it is not so bad as it seems .

I had booked this hotel especially because it was the Clarion Hotel. I book a lot in Scandinavia in all the different Clarion Hotels via Booking.com and I earn points with my Clarion membership card. Me and my collegue stayed there for 4 and 5 nights... We were really surprised upon arrival that it became a First hotel. If we had known in advance we would never have booked this hotel. Everything was ok, but we didn't get the points. At the moment I'm staying in Clarion Kronjylland, also booked through Booking.com, ... I asked the First Hotel but they can not give me the bonuspoints, I got a new membershipcard from First Hotel ... so I end up with all different hotelcards...wish I had known this before or that my Clarion card was still valid for some time in the hotels that have just been taken over by First.

September 19, 2011The hotel is clearly overpriced given its location (along the highway and remote from the city) and the fact that the relax area was closed. The rooms are not well isolated I had troubles to fall asleep as you can hear the other rooms, or the corridor.

July 29, 2011This so-called 4-star hotel is in fact worse than a 2 star. The floor, the desk and the chairs, everywhere in the room were fully covered with dust, when we entered. The cleaning everyday is careless enough, leaving dust at the feet and the corners of the walls. Besides, breakfast was included according to the booking, but one has to pay for it when moving in and stay. In the toilet, nothing is provided but two towels for washing and toilet paper. It is completely swindling!

December 7, 2010The staff are Excellent with the Living people in the Hotel .The furniture also was not bad but need to add a safety box inside every room because the Living people would like to keep the important things in it for example documents "passpaort" any things that i think is very important for it.
The safety box is not located in every room which is important .No kind of Shampo is there also .The Arabic Channels are not in the cable of satallite also .

there was only one staff in the hotel when we checked in. And she was extremely impatient and rude when asked simple question. The shower water was just like drizzle. The breafast smoken samon was stale... It hardly believe this is a 4 star hotel!
