  The free shuttle to and from the airport makes this hotel a very obvious choice for those traveling to and from Scandinavia. The hotel staff are kind and friendly, and the location is very quiet.

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I stayed with my family last year and again this year. Will again in the future. Nice location to the Airport.

  That there is no coach to the Airport at 5 am. Hard to get a taxi for five at that time.Waited for a while to get desk help, when appeared was very helpful. Not much on the ride situation thou.

  It is classified as a 4 star hotel but it is 2 star at the most. The room was shabby with. The bathroom was substandard. The sink was chipped, the tiles around the bath had dirty grouting, the shower curtain was not clean. They do not have food available during the day only breakfast and there are no restaurants in the immediate area.

  Quality factor very low. Not taking the companys credit card as payment when 1st booked the hotel. Had to use personal credit card to pay on departure, it should be made lot clearer on your booking form.

  Good location as close to the Airport - Shuttlebus from Hotel to Airport liked the buffet breakfast

  Could do with a better cleaning as we had one day with no cleaning nor doing tthe beds - old dirty carpets in the Breakfast room and too dark in the breakfast room.

  Fast Check in and Check out procedures, happy and helpful people at the desk and at the bar of the hotel, the free wifi and internet (also at the lounge), big room, clean and handy bathroom.

  Two single beds (as also confirmed at the time of booking ; not my favorite anyway!

  Check in and check out very efficient. It is close to the airport and I was just staying there because I had a layover in Copenhagen.

  A shuttle to the airport is advertised. When I arrived at 10 pm, I telephoned them and they said that at that time of night the best option was just to take a taxi.

  The shuttle from airrport was convenient; it is close to the airport, the wi-fi is easy to use, beds are comfortable (a bit too soft for my taste...), everything was very good
