- Localización. Aunque no es en Granada centro se encuentra cerca de la Alhambra y la Sierra Nevada. - Amabilidad del personal. - Relacion calidad- precio. - Excelente limpieza y organización de las habitaciones.
- El parking del hotel solo cuenta con 4 plazas en una bahia en medio de una calle estrecha en una cuesta. Es muy dificil aparcar cerca al hotel. - El desayuno podria mejorar muchisimo, le falta variedad y calidad.
