The Torcal is situated in the Cabanillas business park, by the A2 motorway, with easy access to Barajas airport and the IFEMA Exhibition Centre.

El hotel era mejor de lo que habíamos imaginado.
La habitación era espectacular. Bastante mejor de lo que estimábamos a través de las fotos de la página web. Quedamos sorprendidos positivamente. El baño (en habitación Superior) es uno de los mejores en los que hemos estado, y desde luego, mucho superior a un 3 estrellas. La cama era increíblemente grande.
Aunque nunca nos parece relevante, no había minibar, y al llegar de una boda a las 7 de la mañana, lo echamos en falta. Se nos cobraron 15 euros de más. Al registrarnos a nuestra llegada, aclaramos que no queríamos desayuno. Al día siguiente se nos cobró el desayuno, y nos dimos cuenta cuando ya estábamos en mitad de la autovía, por lo que no pudimos volver a reclamar. Los 15 euros no van a ninguna parte. Pero nos marchamos con la sensación de haber sido engañados.
