  I liked the 24/7 service to the airport and the excelent driver that tranposrted me at one o'clock in the morning from the airport to the hotel and the brilliant girl at the desk service that informed about everything I needed to know,

  5 min drive from Vantaa airport. 10 min walk to Jumbo shopping center. Free parking. Free stable wifi in the room. Spacious room with kitchenette. Complimentary tea/coffee in lobby.

  Thin blankets, no extra blankets. Bathroom is very basic. No hairdryer. High price

  Hotel close to Helsinki Airport. Free shuttle bus between airport and hotel. Clean basic room and bathroom. Small kitchinette. Fitness room in basement. Free WiFi. At walking distance from large shopping centre.

  It was only an overnight stay, so I wasn't able to fully experience all the hotel facilities. But what I saw I liked. Will definitely stay there again when I'm next in Helsinki

  I can't really say much on this as I was only there for one night. But I had no negative experiences during my short stay.

  Free shuttle bus to/from airport, free wireless internet connection, and free sauna for guests.

  Far from the center (about 30/40 mins by bus). Positive is that the bus stop is really in front of the hotel.

  For us it was just a one night stay over in preparation for the overseas flight to Entebbe,Uganda.Since we had a wake up call at 4 am for us the most important thing was to be able to realx abd sleep a few hours.This we did and we appreciate the quiet and calm atmosphere of the hotel,

  The woman who checked us in was outstanding. Patient, kind, informative...she should be commended though I do not know her name.

  It was narrow so it made it difficult to move around the room with another person moving at the same time.

  Generally I like the place. Big room. Big parking. After parking you should take a free parking ticket at reception and put it under the car windscreen. You can leave the car here during your flight from Vantaa airport. Jumbo / Flamingo SPA is 800m near the hotel. Heurika is 4km at the hotel.

  The personnel at the reception was polite and helpful. Free car park. Very good response for negative feedback, which I unfortunately had to give.

  I unfortunately forgot my toiletry at home and found only combined showergel/shampoo at my "Executive Single Room". Rang the reception and asked for "any lotion" that I can use for my face. They didn't have any - only hand cream with "shared bottle" and toothpaste. I was also dissapointed for the service at the restaurant. Food was ok, but the service was not. "Air-conditioning" ment, that somebody came and opened the big window wide open (at the 6th floor). The most positive thing is that they (the hotel management) took seriously these complaints, answered me straight away and rewarded me with a positive way. That is very good marketing. Like said before nothing bad to say about the hotel staff.

  Its very good hotel, nearby the airport and has a free shuttle. Also there is a nearby bus station to the city Helsinki--little bit far but can be acceptable; there is also the big market which is only 10 min by walk. Good place with sauna.

  Data la vicinanza all’aeroporto di Helsinki è un tipico albergo di passaggio. Il centro città è facilmente raggiungibile in 45-60 minuti con l’autobus della linea 650 (fermata a fianco dell’hotel, capolinea alla stazione centrale a 1,60€) o con taxi circa mezz’ora (circa 35€). a qualche centinaio di metri un grande centro commerciale con diversi ristoranti. A parte la scenografica hall a tutta altezza con bar, biliardo e videogiochi anche per bambini, l’hotel è piuttosto anonimo ma tuttavia confortevole con camere pulite ampie e luminose. Il bagno, senza finestre, è ampio e pulito. Minifrigo in camera vuoto. Più che discreto il ristorante dell’albergo in un ambiente essenziale tipicamente finlandese con una carta non molto ampia ma variegata: carne, pesce, vegetariano, piatti tipici locali (buono lo spezzatino di renna con purè). A ristorante chiuso il bar non offre toast o sandwich da asporto, disponibili (da frigorifero) alla reception, il cui personale è cortese e disponibile. Efficace servizio navetta gratuito da/per l’aeroporto distante una decina di minuti. Per la posizione ed il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo è consigliato in particolar modo a chi ha voli in partenza da Helsinki Vantaa di prima mattina.

  Ontbijtmogelijkheid tot 09.30 uur bij een late aankomst vind ik matig.
