Our hotel is situated 100 metres from the Promenade des Anglais in Nice. We are also only 10 minutes from the pedestrian zone with its typical shops.
Reception open between 09:00-12:00 and 14:00-19:00 during the week, weekends and bank holidays. Our hotel has access to several bus lines, and the railroad station is only a 10-minute walk away. We are in a typical Nice style building, with 35 apartments, ranging from a studio to a two-room apartment. You have access to a private beach (April to September), located close to the property.

Location was excellent, only a few blocks from Promenade des Anglais and the popular though stony beach.Staff were efficient and helpful, also available every day from 9am till about 7pm. Furnishing was basic but adequate.Prices reasonable for this very expensive area.
The pull down double bed in the studio apartment was impossibly uncomfortable.With a decent bed I would recommend this hotel, otherwise, no.
