  Travelled with a small toddler, so kitchenette was a must for me but absolutely did not want to be stuck in a Parisian box-sized room (!), so this was a really good compromise. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel on arrival. Rooms were spacious, felt like a decent-sized apartment and very very clean/new. Easy access as only a few hundred metres to metro, with champs-elysee only ever five mins away for us. Take the metro one stop to La Defense and there is a huge supermarket in Le Quartre Temps sc, but you need a Carrefour (one next to Blanche metro stop, by Moulin Rouge) if you're looking for baby food/nappies/anything related. Would definitely stay here again.

  Would not pay for the breakfast. Only downside of hotel. We had on the morning after our arrival, just for convenience but selection was poor and food was only lukewarm. Flies an issue around pastries too :/ too expensive but this was our only complaint. Otherwise, ideal for family with young kids.

  Good location, close to metro, peaceful nights. Ok for kids, even though the place has a more business-like atmosphere.

  The sleeping couch needs to be replaced, and I still don't understand why they put carpets everywhere, it smells, and are impossible to clean properly.

  Hotel room size and setup is good, the view I had was excellent but is dependent on which floor you are at, it is close to m1 metro line, hotel staff were nice and friendly

  The sofa bed is a bit old, maybe needs to be replaced, also lack of room dining services might not be convenient sometimes

  Great alternative to staying in the heart of the city. We had 5 people and our room was 2 bedroom (both queen beds and large living room with very comfortable couch bed) that slept up to 6. Great kitchen. Very big!!! Close to metro stop and only about 15 minute ride into city on metro. Very clean. Great kitchen and bath. Bed very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. Great value for money especially considering the amount of room you have and proximity to the city. Hotel had gym, but didn't use as was being renovated. Front desk very helpful and courteous. We had view of Seine and also of Sacre Couer.

  We drove to hotel. Was fairly easy to find but hard to know where to park/go in to check in. We finally figured it out. Hotel signage from parking structure to lobby could be better. But we finally figured it out. Good underground parking. Seemed very safe...almost like a fort to get in and out of...lots of security measures in place which is good!!

  It was the worst experience ever.

  Bad smell in the room. Broken doors and damaged furniture. Leaking shower.building itself from outside has not been painted may be since ages.

  Very difficult to find, the apartment was spacious however was not very will maintained, wall paper was torn up in some areas and the ac was very noisy in the bedroom.

  Feel homely, like our stay at Fraser Suites Harmonie Paris La Defense, very comfortable. The front desk was very helpful, we have many pieces of luggage, upon our request they specially open the door on 2nd floor for our easy access to the Metro (otherwise we need to walk up the stairs with all the luggage) it will be quite a challenge! As we needed to book additional night, I found out it is cheaper by EUR10.00 to book direct with Fraser :(

  - 3 mins walk to the nearest Metro station (m1) - Equipped with a Fitness Room for some light weight exercises - Good hotel room partitions & Good lightings - Well equipped kitchen - friendly and helpful staffs (solved the problem asap) - Supermarkets and shops are nearby

  - Some stuff in the hotel room seem to lacked of service or maintenance, which by right should be checked regularly, for instance: the wash basin, the heater, etc. - WIFI is not free...

  Noisy rooms. Lack of sound insulation. Lack of mini-bar/water in room. Room design. Room smell. Noisy clock in bathroom. Tv controller did not work. Generally a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming hotel
