  Location of the hotel is good. Not far from the old town, train station and the beach. There is a open parking near the hotel, which is free after 20.00 and on weekend and holidays. We left our car there, it was safe. All the receptionist were speaking English. The lady receptionist was so nice that second day she has offered us bigger room considering that we had 2 small children with us. It was so nice of her. A/c in all rooms were working well. Over all, if I go there, I will stay in this hotel again.

  Breakfast is expensive and no food allowed in the room from outside, which is a little annoying.

  Location is really very good - near railwaystation , with plenty of restaraunts and bars around, large shopping street and 15 min walk to the beach . If you want to save money and are planning just to sleep at the hotel - it would be good choice. Staff is very friendly.

  Room is a little bit dirty, but large and was cleaned everyday - may be becouse hotel is old enough and needs to be renovated. To park your car would be a real problem at this part of the city.

  Good location near beach, good ethnic restaurants, tram line, shopping district, supermarket and mall. Elevator, individual AC/heating system

  Cheap furniture, somewhat uncomfortable bed, breakfast not included, poor ventilation

  The hotel is very close to the railway station, the main street, and the tramway. The staff are all efficient and friendly. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in the area. I can highly reccomend this hotel. I stayed there for eleven days and had a wonderful time.

  As long as you do not have a car to park (very difficult) its fine. It is not new & needs updating but is clean & comfortable with very good location to train, bus, tram, shops. You can always find something to whinge about if you wish, if so pay, a lot more money & go elsewhere.

  I travelled a lot over 30 countries and over 100 cities and this was worse by far. I am trying very hard to find something good about this place but nothing. Filth and smeel was overwhelming, had to press hard to be able change a room. Rude and moody staff does not help eitheir! Go somewhere else!

  the hotel is near the train station

  the waiter at the reception is not so friendly, I don't think he likes his job, next time I will never stay in the hotel again because of the waiter.

  We chose this hotel because of its proximity to the train station as we only stayed one night and had to leave by train for Toulon the next day. The triple room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Good value for its price, but wouldn't recommend it for more than 1 or 2 days, as the rooms are small.

  Our window didn't face the street, but the interior of some houses where it smelled of asian cuisine.

  The convenient position the hotel was in

  Rooms were very basic, no draws etc. shower blocked extractor didn't work nor the airconditioning, lighting in hallways poor.

  Convenient for the station, restaurants, tramway to the shopping centre. Smoking non smoking choice of rooms makes a nice change too.

  I liked the warm welcome from the helpful and courteous staff .Great location nice rooms (air conditioning and Internet) the cleanliness was superb,good value for money.Thank you again for a very enjoyable stay.

  No wifi in the room! And they said we have to check out at 11:30 but when 11;00 they start to call us frequently in a impolitely way

  The best in this hotel is location, close to railway and main street, 20 minutes to the beach on foot.

  One of the employees on reception was not polite, spoke too much, his jokes were unpleasant, cleaning was bad, only towels were changed, nobody made bed.

  Very reasonable for a 2 star hotel. Staff were very friendly in helping us find more accomodation for extra nights when they were booked out. Nice and clean and quite a spacious room

  location is good.

  an old hotel.. still using keys but the door is difficult to open. room is small and dirty. air-conditioner didn't work but got fixed by hotel staff later.

  Service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff did a good job of cleaning up the room everyday. Fresh towels were provided every other 2 days. Once we asked for a wine bottle opener (corkscrew type), receptionist did not have it but he still made an effort to go borrow one for us from the store owner few shops down.

  everything about this hotel is good except for the shower drainage system. after every shower, my roommates have to wait for the water to drain away before they can start showering. oh yes, and free wifi can only be detected in the lobby area.

  Location to train station is good. If you are wanting budget room this place is okay.

  A/C wouldn't work and they charge for breakfast but the whole time they make it seem as if is part of the price of the room.

  Convenient location for SNCF station and Chemein de Fer de Provence station

  Lack of water in or room on the morning of our departure meant that we could not shower or use the toilet. Very unsatisfactory

  The staff were unfailingly pleasant and helpful and the hotel well located within the city.

  Although the room and bathroom were clean and tidy, the former was let down by a badly cracked sink and missing wall tiles. There was also a prevalent smell of bleaching agent within the first floor hallway.

  Excellent location.Was off main shopping street but was quiet.It was also less than 5 minutes to rail station and bus route to from airport.
