  It was clean and very well located

  When we arrived at the reception we got first a triple room with the explanation that for the amount paid it was not possible to get a quadrapple family room although we showed the written confirmation of booking.com; When we said that we were always using booking.com and that we never experienced this, the person at the reception told us that he had us now in front of him; after some argueing that we booked upon having seen the room in the net we finally got the room....

  The only good thing of this hotel is location. It's very near to the main train station so you can travel to Cannes, Monaco etc by train as we did. The hotel is placed on the main shopping street. Just a few minuts walk from a hotel is Monoprix supermarket. Very good caffe with a great coffee Malonga is just next door to the hotel. When you come back late you feel safety as hotel is just on the main street.

  The hotel looks more like some hostel for students. It's totally out of date. Everything looks very old. Very poor cleaning. Staff didn't clean our floor at all. Some facilities do not work properly such as shower, conditioner, refrigirator. At night it is too noisy, I never have problems with my sleep but there I couldn't sleep properly. Hotel is a bit far from the beach. We didn't like hotel staff. They asked a prepayment from us for whole stay though they took a 1 night payment just at the moment of booking. The staff also didn't want to give us a bill for payment of our stay by telling there system can not generate bills while our stay isn't finished. So if you want to have a nice stay, choose a different hotel.

  The hotel was nice and basically in the city center. Also it was near the train station so we could walk there on foot. The staff was kind, they changed our room beacuse the window was broken and we could not close it entirely. Room was fine, nothing special but at least it was clean and spacious.

  In the morning there was no hot water so we had to shower in cold water which was really unpleasant... The tv has only 3 channels. The Internet connection was working only in the corridor, in our room we couldn't reach the network.

  Just off main shopping street, 10 mins from Place Massena and 12 mins from the beach. Good value for money.

  Very small bathroom, room was a bit neglect (shabby walls), didn't look like on pictures, room 8 (2nd floor) window on backyard

  The staff was really nice and helpful. It is 10 minutes walk from the sea, very close to a parking facility and stores.

  The staff of the hotel is very friendly and humorous. The hotel is located in the city center; right at the big shopping avenue and close to various going out places and restaurants in the old town. Moreover the seafront and beach can be reached after a fairly short walk (or by tram).

  The room was very small and the air conditioning stopped working after two days so that it was very warm and muggy whenever we got back from a day at the beach.

  the location of the hotel

  The hotel staff treated the guests very badly, There is cheating in the invoices and it should be reviewed carefully before paying as this situation happened to me and to another geust in front of me , cleanliness is very poor and i asked to change the room several times and finaly succeeded in the last night. i had the feeling that i was punished due to the problem in the reservatin with the hotel which your staff solved ( back to your custmer service)

  I don't like the hotel, this is the worst hotel I ever found via booking.com. I would not like to recomend to any other clients, our first day of arrival, the lock of the door was broken and the bed sheets is very disgusting there was spot of vomit!!!! Yack!!! Last night of stay the aircon was not working!! I did not even sleep for the whole night!!!! The hotel guy was not reacting into me, that I complain the aircon. Very poor hotel and disgusting!!!

  Only the location. Very very close to train station, 3 minutes walking distance.

  The room was very dirty. The bed cover had many stains on it. The towels were very old. I guess if you want to go to Nice and dont want to spend money on accomadation much, you need to stay in a room like this.

  The location is fantastic! The staff spoke English and were helpful. The rooms were new and cool.

  Luggage storage was a little sketchy. Wifi not available past the second floor.

  The staff is helpful, but one of them did not understand English.

  The Wifi (internet) was not working in the room. It's frustrated when we wanted to look up the reservation of car rental. There were no soap and not enough towels for 3 people. The cleaning was not completed, they did not vacuum the room, we saw some hairs on the floor. The remote control for air conditioning did not work because the batteries were dead. There is a refrigerator in the room, but it didn't work.

  Nada. La verdad es que ha sido una muy mala experiencia.

  Habitación pequeñísima, cubrecamas sucio, entorno muy pero muy ruidoso, aire acondicionado no funciona, wifi tampoco. El sector en que esta situado si bien es céntrico es muy malo. No lo recomiendo

  Chambre simple mais tres correcte, propre avec climatisation et tv (chaines du tnt). Douche, toilettes propres aussi

  - L’accueil n'est pas tres chaleureux - Connexion wifi saturée la plus part du temps (sauf avant 8h ou après 00h, je vous conseil alors d'avoir un log in FreeWIFI) - L’hôtel est au croisement d'une rue pas tres bien fréquentée la nuit (apres 1h du mat) - Impossible d'obtenir une facture séparée personnalisée (dans le cas ou vous etes plus d'une personne par une chambre)

  Posizione centrale, a 10 min a piedi da Place Massena. Camere dotate di wifi, phon e cassetta di sicurezza. Reception aperta 24h/24.

  Hotel attaccato alla chiesa, le campane si sentono un pò la mattina (portatevi I tappi). Se venite in auto informatevi sul parcheggio, pagato più di parcheggio che di hotel.

  Hotelli oli aivan pääkadun varrella. Hotellin huoneet vaikuttivat aika pieniltä, koska siellä oli niin isot sängyt, mutta huone oli kaiken kaikkiaan kovin viihtyisä. Henkilökunta oli leppoisaa ja mukavaa ja osasivat auttaa.

  Jääkaappi ei toiminut, saimme kuitenkin ruoat respan jääkaappiin.
