Hotel Les Raspes offers a restaurant with al fresco dining beside the outdoor pool. It is situated in a converted religious school in the medieval village of Saint-Rome-de-Tarn and has free parking.

The spacious guest rooms have a balcony with views of the garden or pool. Each room has a private bathroom with a hairdryer.

Breakfast can be served directly to guests’ rooms or taken outdoors in warmer months. Packed lunches are also available on request.

Millau Viaduct is a 20-minute drive from the hotel. Guests can also access many hiking paths around the hotel. These traverse scenic country routes and the Roquefort caves.

  The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was comfortable and the garden and swimming area well kept. In a beautiful part of the world to walk and see nature at its best.

  Air conditioning would have been good, but it is an old building so maybe listed building. Surprised there were no shutters as this would have helped to keep the room cool.

  Wonderful food, both in the evening and for our personal breakfast made by your very friendly and helpful chef! We have already recommended the hotel to 2 sets of friends.

  We would always prefer to have a kingsize bed, especially in hot weather when there is no air-conditioning.

  Stylish, good swimming pool, breakfast was very good, WiFi

  Bit of a problem with parking later in the evening as all spaces taken up with both residents and those having meals so when we returned we were unable to park Bed was rather hard for our taste

  wrong GPS coordinates, but helpful people around. Don't follow car navigation into narrow old town roads. Take a walk better.

  It was in a beautiful quaint countryside town.

  We had a lovely room overlooking the garden, pool and out door eating area. The restaurant served food outside in the evening and people were still outside at 1.00am and this room was noisy.

  The staff were very frie idly and welcoming. They really made you feel relaxed. Excellent food. Setting outside was excellent.

  The people there are very nice! Good services excellent food, a nice and quiet place. Very well located in order to visit Millau, Roquefort, as well as the Tarn Valley. I would definitely recommend this place. And it should have more stars :-). I think with little investment they could easily get one more star :-).

  Minor things, but warm and cold water could be better adjusted. Also ac would be needed (although we didn't use it, but it would be nice to have).

  Pleasant hotel, nice staff, good big bathroom, Parking in quiet hotel frontage for motor cycle.

  Restaurant rather expensive. Selling local specialities, in typical menu du jour style. No in-room tea and coffee facilities. Buffet style breakfast, again on expensive side at 10 Euro no hot food.

  We were pleasantly suprised by the spacious confortable bedroom and used the hotel as a base for exploring the surrounding area ( Millau and the bridge was a pictuesque 20 min drive away). The evening meals were excellent with the added interest of a large indoor fireplace being used to cook the meat. Our stay was out of season, and much of the village was quiet, but I can imagine in the summer this hotel will be an excellent venue to stay with the poolside area being used for outdoor dining.

  Having read previous reviews, I took our own kettle so we could have hot drinks in the room...I would recommend this to anyone staying for a few days as there was nowhere else to get a drink during the day.

  The welcome is always warm and genuine. The hotel is simple, comfortable, clean and unpretentious, but with an 'olde worlde' atmosphere. Having a super restaurant on-site is a big bonus.

  Hôtel très agréable. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable. La piscine est très agréable et à très bonne température (pompe à chaleur. Le diner fut un réel succès. Bravo au chef: Cuisson parfaite, goût, originalité et présentation.

  Il manquait juste la climatisation. Nous y étions pendant les journées chaudes du mois d'août

  le dîner sur la terrasse;

  chambre petite , pas climatisée et très bruyante. petit déjeuner très frugale et servi uniquement à l'intérieur ( salle sombre, basse de plafond) la terrasse étant réservée pour le déjeuner et le dîner. Horaire pour l'accès à la piscine .

  L accueil et la disponibilité des propriétaires des lieux. Les repas servis à la fois savoureux et bien présentés. La chambre spacieuse et très confortable.

  Le petit déjeuner est sans réelle saveur (confitures servies en pots en plastique, jus de fruits en bouteille) ce qui est dommage et en total décalage par rapport au reste. Le tarif de 9€ est donc cher pour ce qui est servi.

  Agréable étape dans un hotel charmant , excellente cuisine servie sur une jolie terrasse . Le petit dej sur la même terrasse aurait été apprécié . personnel souriant . piscine très agréable .
