  It is a very nice hotel with very pleasant personnel, who is always ready to help you, rooms are clean and bright. It is located in 20-25 minutes walk distance from the chateau.

  There is no isolation in the rooms.

  The rooms were small but atleast maintained. It was close to center.

  Breakfast was very simple. Not eggs, no bread slices. Cold crossiants.

  The hotel is in the old part of Versailles and in walking distance to the castle. Fine just overnight stay.

  The staff were very helpful but they advertise English Spoken which is way over the top.

  We enjoyed the area. We wanted to stay a little out of Paris and had a easy train trip into Paris. We mostly stayed here as we enjoyed Louis xvi Chateau. It was a 800 meter walk to train and further to the chateau.

  There is a good bakery near by (within 3 minutes walk). The breakfast baguette at the hotel was pretty good too. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.

  It would be a good idea if the hotel could arrange something with the police and offer (sell) parking cards to the client so they can leave their car for the day.

  Just a littly fyi.... If you should happen to stay here on a Sunday you had better make sure you eat very big lunch. Everyplace closes around 2pm. They must have known we were Americans. Actually we got to one restaurant before 2 but they were not very accomodating. McDonald's was our only option. And the walking directions from the train terminal said appx. 4 min walk. Maybe if you're sprinting and you can find al the street names.

  The bathroom is posh. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard. The location made for an easy walk to Versailles. The breakfast was good.

  No elevator! Parking is on the street and can be difficult to find.

  Breakfast was simple and nice. Small old hotel, plenty of charm, authentic and modern.

  Some of ther staff do not seem able to speak a word of french :( So, be prepared to say Good morning to the wall.

  The hotel felt like a home and the bed was very comfortable. It had been recently renovated so the bathroom and decor were really nice.

  Downside was not having an elevator and no close by parking. We ended up parking at the cathedral and walking back to the hotel. Fortunately, the town isn't too big, but the hotel was not close to any of the restaurants.

  The staff were helpful and welcoming, gave us town guides and an overview of times / prices for the main attractions.

  When we got to the room, the curtain pole over one of the two windows had collapsed. The receptionist did ask if we wanted to change rooms, but we said no, as there were shutters. Turned out there was lots of light coming into the room in the morning anyway.

  The room was wonderful but the clerk who checked us is was so lovely and nice. He pointed us in the right direction for wonderful meals and helpful tips on the area. Lovely very quiet residential neighborhood

  Perfect location in walking distance from Versailles castle and downtown. Good breakfast.
