The residence is located between the marina and the race-course, within a stone’s throw of the shops and the beach. As the most southerly Mediterranean seaside resort in mainland France, it is a popular tourist destination in the winter.

The residence boasts a tremendous location to explore the surrounding area, including the famous Îles d'Or islands (Porquerolles, Port-Cros, and Île du Levant).
