Very good location: Just 5 minutes from the railway station, only 15-20 minutes walking distance from the old town and the beach; many nice restaurants near the hotel. Room quality probably varies but my room was perfectly ok, good and clean; the bathroom was fairly new.
My room was at the back, hence quiet, but unfortunately a very loud crowd was staying next door one night and the walls are paper-thin. Without earplugs it would have been impossible to sleep. The breakfast is rather expensive at €7.50 which is why I didn't have breakfast at the hotel.
