The hotel does not match the quality of the restaurant downstairs, although we could see the M.C. logo everywhere. The hotel was far too noisy at night and in the morning. The chairs in the room absolutly not comfortable and in bad state with stains. We did not like the main decoration of the room 309 but this is very personnal. We came for a good time...we had a good time, but we won't remember this hotel. We travel very often and enjoy new experience. We would give a 3 out 5 for this hotel.
Good position, good size of the room, Good restaurant dowstairs. The managing team of the restaurant has been very correct and offered us two courses when a mistake was made during our dinner. Front desk pleasant.
Poor furniture in the room, poor choice of tv channels, poor equipment. We enjoyed the restaurant dowstairs although we experienced a mistake during the service. One course was forgotten.We did not like the café & Grill on the ground floor where the food was bad, tasteless and did not match the quality that we expected from a place tagged Michael Caine. The club sandwich was one of the poorest we ever had, the french frize were brown, oily and soft..The breakfast eggs were poorly served. We are used to german standard where the breakfast in an happy moment...
