Arden Park has a great central location, just 2 minutes' walk from the very heart of Stratford-upon-Avon, only metres from the railway station and just around the corner from Shakespeare's Birthplace.
Built in the 1860s, this Victorian town house is rich in original features, historic character and traditional charm. All of the non-smoking rooms boast modern private bathrooms and guests can be sure of a warm, friendly atmosphere in centrally heated accommodation.
Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat continental-style buffet of ham, boiled eggs, cheese, yogurt, fruit, cereal, toast, croissants, milk, juice and freshly-brewed coffee or tea. It can be booked as an optional supplement.
A 24-hour parking permit is available at a nearby public pay-and-display parking lot, and can be booked as a supplement if required.

If you are arriving outside of the specified times, please let the house know in advance so that they can ensure that someone is there to greet you. A GBP 10 fee is charged for late arrivals.
Left Luggage:
Monday to Saturday, left luggage must be collected by 16:00.
On Sundays, left luggage must be collected by 13:00.
Smoking Policy:
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted on the premises. Guests choosing to smoke must leave immediately and are charged for one extra night.
Payment Information:
A credit or debit card is required as a guarantee. When you pay your actual bill you may choose to pay by cash or card. Cards attract a 3% surcharge. Payment is normally required at check-out. However, where check-out is likely to occur during breakfast time, payment may be requested the day before.
Single Occupancy Policy:
Where a guest has reserved a double room for single occupancy at a reduced rate, we will endeavour to fulfil their request. However, at busy times, the guest house reserves the right to accommodate the guest in a room with single beds or in a small double room. Double beds will only be guaranteed for single guests booking as 2 adults.

Perfect location for a walking tour of Stratford-Upon-Avon. We were able to easily walk to all sights except for Anne Hathaway's Cottage. If you like to walk, it is about a mile from the hotel and would make for a nice morning walk, but we were on a time schedule. There is very limited parking if you arrive by car, but the owner was gracious and gave us his parking spot right in front of the guesthouse. Breakfast is minimal, but they did have fruit, which was nice. The family room was really nice sized and all four of us had a good night's sleep. We would definitely stay here again if we ever revisit Stratford.
