1. Double glazed windows cut out traffic noise 2. The 2 young ladies who served us breakfast were very pleasant and courteous.
1.Booking confirmation advised that check in had to be between 12-2pm. On arrival at 1pm were told room was not ready and we should go away and come back later. 2. Having booked a double room we were given a twin. 3. The beds were worn out and very uncomfortable. 4. The toilet did not flush unless you pumped repeatedly and then only sometimes. When the staff were advised they said 'oh yes, you just have to push the lever hard'. 5. The furnishings were dusty and mouldy. 6. The floor coverings were torn up and thread bare and concrete floor was showing in a number of places. 7. Some of the crockery used to serve breakfast was badly cracked. - a health issue! 8 As this is advertised as 3 star I seriously doubt the ratings system.
