Situated on Eastbourne's seafront, this friendly, family-run 4-star guest house has free Wi-Fi and free parking. The town centre is a 10-minute walk away.
The Bay Lodge B&B offers clean and comfortable accommodation. There are 10 rooms, all with en suite facilities with either a bath or a shower. Some rooms have views of the sea or Pavilion Tea Gardens.
A full English breakfast is served each morning, with lighter and vegetarian options also available. Breakfast also includes fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurt and juices.
There is a licensed honesty bar with Sky TV and a sun lounge, where guests can relax.
There is a private car park at the rear of the building with 6 spaces available for guests use. Parking is also available, free of charge, on the roads at the sides and rear of the property.
Please note that there are 2 flights of stairs to the rooms on the second floor, and there is no lift or disabled access. There are also no facilities for smokers.
