Value for money, with a overall good service.
Ideal location, close proximity to key amenities in Bedford town. Good view of Bedford town, from a 'river view' room. Standard room-adequately furnished, modern & comfortable for (3-star rating). Tea, coffee making facility, hair drier & free WiFi(though not mentioned on the website) a bonus. Free national news papers available in the lobby.
Booking process can be more informative, I.e old block with (48) rooms overlooking the rowing club,& tower block with business room perhaps offers a better view of the town centre, surrounding ect. Housekeeping services generally appear disorganised,no apparent routine to cleaning schedule, & staff unable to communicate clearly due ton poor command of English language. Hotel staff not fully conversant with discount package t&c's I.e cheaper meals off-the menu via price line.
