April 12, 2011A place to rest your head that doesn't break the bank..... Would only ever stay there when it comes to the same event next year! (Epl Ice Hockey Playoffs for info)
Poor housekeeping, especially in bathrooms..... Hotel was busy (due to the event we were attending!) but the hair that was leftover had obviously been there a while! The toilet in one of the rooms wouldn't flush - they sent someone to fix it but they didn't!

I will be recomending that everyone does not use this hotel again and as the reason for my visit was for the ice hockey playoffs which are held in coventry annualy this will be very detrimental to you as after speaking with other guests I found that most of your guests shared the same experiance I did not find a single person who actualy enjoyed their stay this year. As someone who works in the serviice industry I found the hotel a real downer on the entire weekend
Stayed here last year and experiance was great
Staff where not helpful and seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves. First room recieved was not cleaned from previous occupants second room was not what we requested but as me and my friend were tired we could not be bothered to go back down to have it changed. Breakfast was a shambles we were taken to a table that had not been properly cleaned and not properly reset the buffet was pointless unless you were happy to que for 10 minutes for a chef to bring out half a dozen items that were normaly gone near enough before he placed them down I would also like to point out that this happened on both mornigns not just one.
