Having read the reviews I thought I might be disappointed but I was not. It is a good standard hotel and even the planes did not make an impact as it is near Manchester airport. We arrived late on Friday night after a long drive and the staff could have not been more helpful. I do not know what people expect but for the price paid it was well above average and the standard and the level you would expect from a Devere business type hotel
