May 8, 2011I found the staff to be the best in any hotel I have stayed in. The Hotel is situated in just the right place far enough away from the hustle and bussell, close enough to enjoy The 'Bohemia' Restaurant was excellent.
I found the time restrictions on the Spa unacceptable and the Sauna to small and far to hot even for a seasoned Saunarette like me.

January 6, 2012Very nice hotel - would stay there again, although some facilities were either closed or not working correctly.
One of the main reasons for booking this hotel was the fact that it had a michelin start restaurant. Unfortunately, this restaurant is not open on Sundays, so it was very disappointing to find this out when we were looking to eat on the Sunday. No other bar or restaurant in the hotel either....! 4* hotel with no bar or restaurant on a Sunday. Not very acceptable. Indoor pool wasn't very warm, steam room etc was not very warm either.

January 4, 2012Food was amazing on new years eve, also the cosmopolitan cocktails. Our tv didn't work properly and it was replaced instantly which was nice. Loved the shortbread at turndown time - nice touch.
For a hotel of that stature not to offer a cooked breakfast without a suppliment of £15.75 was surprising. Staff on top of you all the time, you can't even put a cereal packet on the table without it being whisked away in a second. Also didn't lke the 10% tip added to everything I like to do my own tipping make it personal.

December 11, 2011It was a most enjoyable stay, The purpose of the trip was a surprise 70th birthday present for my husband. I was able to chose this lovely hotel as it was cheaper than it would have been during high season. All staff were polite and helpful No complaints apart from the weather.

November 28, 2011Fabulous! I wouldn't have minded staying a bit longer! Shame my business trip only needed me to be there or 1 night! I arrived early and thought I would not be able to check in, but they managed to accommodate me and gave me a guided tour of all the hotel facilities before showing me to my room. Bags taken to my room on arrival. Also, I was pleasantly surprised to have an evening 'turn down' service as not many hotels offer this any more, but it was lovely to return to my room and find fresh towels, a bed turned down, clean cups and new sachets to replace the ones I'd used, plus some lovely shortbread next to my bed!

November 14, 2011Friendliness of staff, Comfort of room. Quietness of room. The little touches such as leaving shortbread and making sure room very clean, tidy and welcoming after a night out.
I suppose we would have been more tempted to use the restaurant if the price had been slightly lower. When staying 3 nights it would have made food rather expensive. A gym would have been nice.

November 7, 2011Nice attention to detail re some of the touches in the room, checked in, had shower and then went out, came in and turned down room and replaced towels and toiletries. Liked that you could have complimentary breakfast in bed for £3 supplement
Location/view - not the greatest view out of the window of a car park

November 1, 2011Excellent service, great food
Guests are limited to the times they can use the foc spa facilities - the morning session is 8:00am to 10:00 am which gives very little time to get dressed and have breakfast - consequently we were unable to use it. Food was of a high standard but expensive - room service charged £4 per tray plus service charge of 10% on top of the order.

October 12, 2011All the small touches, like two shortbreads delivered each evening with the turn down service!
For a 5* you would expect the room to be spotless! Please clean the bathroom door of the room 313, mirror on the sliding door of the wardrobe and I know the furniture is designer but all the grooves between glass tops and wood frame are filled with dirt please use something sharp to get the accumulated dirt out it looks horrible!

October 11, 2011It was particularly nice to be offered a tour of the hotel upon arrival alongwith a complimentary bottle of champagne. Reception staff are first class
Bogemia Restaurant staff were a little abrupt and abrasive. Also our room was below an air conditioning vent or generator....

October 4, 2011The cleanliness and luxurious feel of the hotel and the friendly staff- nothing was too much trouble! It is only 5 minutes walk from the shopping centre, and was in a quiet area, I would definitely return!
Sauna and indoor swimming pool were a lot smaller than other spa hoyels that I've stayed in.

September 21, 2011The suite was lovely, relaxing and comfortable. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The Spa was relaxing.
There was nowhere to relax in the Spa area unless you were having a treatment. The food was all "a la carte" and they did not cater for peopl with simple food taste's.

September 6, 2011Very comfortable bed and seemingly new sheets. Good sized room (small suite). We did not visit the Michelin * restaurant this time but I have been there before and its good (of course).
Tv did not work. Very few staff around on the Saturday so it took a while to get things done but on Monday I asked for English breakfast in a hurry and got it fast.

September 1, 2011The hotel staff at the reception desk was very discrete, efficient, smily and helpful. The room was really good and the restaurant very fine. We do recommend this hotel.
The big negative point is that it is not easy to find/identify. once you are on green street, you really have to keep your eyes wide opened. For you will not find any sigh indicating the hotel; there is only a small one with "club spa" on it without any hotel mention. And you need to cross the yard using the car entrance to get to the hotel entrance door. We were pedestrians as we arrived by boat to jersey and missed the hotel the first time we walked by. We were also a bit shocked to discover that most of the hotel staff was from east european countries which you don't especially expect on a british island. We lately noticed and heard that it is the case in many hotels and restaurants. We found it a bit sad not to be more in contact with local people.

August 30, 2011The hotel was ideally placed for exploring St Helier. The staff were great - very professional but at the same time friendly. The outdoor swimming pool was lovely.

Friendly staff. Good Spa. Just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Free off road parking. We had a wonderful 5 days stay there. The "Continental Breakfast" buffet is small but of excellent quality, what would one expect when the restaurant has a Michelin Star. We did not manage to eat at the restaurant but in the town we had the most fabulous "Fusion" seafood at the Atlantic restaurant. A top class hotel with a small hotel atmosphere. The Club is the right name for the experience.
